At Hiya Health, we want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
